I'm in need of a deck design that matches a more traditional aesthetic. The conceptualization should cater to gatherings of 7-12 people, making the most efficient use of space. The chosen material for this project will be composite due to its durability and easy maintenance.
- Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in deck design and composite materials usage
- Ability to maximize utilization of space
- Strong knowledge of traditional aesthetic principles.
-Need to match with an existing deck and the house
-Needs to flow easily into the back yard pool area with existing path ways
-Note: we are removing the door on the sunroom and replacing it with a window so the only door to the deck will be the door from the main house.

Please note there are currently two doors and the one to the sunroom is going away which if looking at the house from the back yard is on the left. If you look at the dimensions picture, I have labeled the sunroom. Some of the entries do not have a way to get to the deck from the main house which is higher than the existing deck on the right.

Added a document with dimensions. Note, the area still needs to graded so the elevations will be an estimate. The grading will be going away from the house for drainage. We would like to see some designs with and without railings and with and without a landing area coming out of the door.
