Opis Konkursu

This is the model rocketry club for Western Academy, a school in Texas for boys in grades 3-8. We need a logo for the club to go on patches, hats, etc. The school has a male-only faculty, is heavily outdoors centered, and is very adventurous. The school website is www.westernacademy.net. Our mascot is the "green jay." Images of school products can be found here: www.westernacademy.net/western-outfitters. The school facebook page is here: https://www.facebook.com/westernacademy/. The club builds small model rockets of the type made by the Estes company, as well as larger rockets made by companies like https://locprecision.com. We launch at school once a month, and at the Johnson Spaceflight Center or the airport in Hearne, TX, a few times a year.

A lot of the rockets in these logos look more like futuristic space ships than model rockets. A model rocket looks more like a missile. It's pretty sleek. I uploaded a few pictures of typical model rockets. Hope that helps!

Taking the bird in the "Green Jay Mascot Full Color" file and making it look like a rocket with flames coming out the back could be one neat way to go...
