Opis Konkursu

I'm looking for a professional architect or urban planner to propose a design for a large-scale waterfront development project, spanning 75 acres. My vision is to include a balance of residential buildings, commercial establishments, and recreational spaces that harmonize with the waterfront setting.

Deliverables:
- A detailed Master plan
- 3D visualization of the Design Proposal
Please feel free to include any other drawings, such as sections, axonometric diagrams and sketches etc. to help explain your proposal better.

---> Project Parameters:

- Total Property Size: 75 acres

- Water Body: 7 to 10 acres. This manmade lake can be of any shape or proportion

- Water Channels: Two zones with 30 ft wide channels emanating from the lake. Each channel must have at least 20 lots on each side, for a total of 40 lots per channel.

- Zoning:
Zone A ( Airbnb ): Plots of 7500 sq ft with 50' road frontage.
Zone B ( Private Residences ): Lots of 4000 sq ft with 50' frontage.

- Buffer Zone: A designated area between Zone A and Zone B to ensure privacy. Residents from Zone B can access Zone A, enhancing security and exclusivity for private homeowners.

- Docking: Each lot should include a small dock for electric boats.

- Orientation: Lots face water channels on one side and a 50' wide road on the other.

---> Additional Features:
- A 0.5-acre island within the manmade lake for a boat-accessible restaurant.
- A 1.5-acre marina within the manmade lake for boat docking.
- A 1-acre golf course.
- A 10,000 sq ft event hall.
- Tennis and pickleball courts.

  Hello! The site does not have any previous structures or buildings on it. It has been sitting empty for quite some time, and the lower points of the site get filled with run-off water seasonally. I hope that helps you.
