I'm currently looking to have a website built.

Website will have 4 pages.
Home - Services - Meet the Staff - Testimonials

Logo should be 10 Dollar Tech < should have somewhat of an American dollar currency within the logo or text.

There should be 3 support sections: (PC & Mobile, Hardware, Networking

Virus Removal
System Tune-Ups
Software Setup
Data Backup & Recovery
Email Configuration
PC & Mobile Tutoring

Hardware
Printer Setup
Computer Setup
Mobile Device Setup

Connection Issues
Troubleshooting
Network Card Installation
Wifi Printer Setup

There should also be a form for the user to submit a ticket / request a callback. This should be one form.
Fields:
1) Name
2) Phone
3) Email
4) Request Type (Computer / Mobile Repair, Hardware Repair/Setup, Connection Issue, Device Tutoring, Other
5) Brief Description (Optional)
6) Priority Level (Low - 4, Med - 3, High - 2, Urgent - 1)
7) Best Time To Call (Should have a drop down with options from 8:00 AM (PST) through 8:00 PM (PST)
8) Check box here - I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions (Terms and conditions link should go to another page.
9) Submit Button

This site should be clean design with royalty free images. It should be very appealing to the eye. Be very creative. I like memorable branding and sites that you go to and you never forget the design because they're great. I do not want a site that looks like every other technical site you go to. Be creative.

Animated images are a plus but not required.
Best design will get the project, and much more work potentially in the future. Thank you!

  Actually I will accept PSD or HTML. I'm moreso interested in design ideas. I will create another project posting after I get great design ideas from this project. Unless someone is able to produce an html design at this particular contest budget.
