Opis Konkursu

Company logo design wanted. We have a rendering from a local designer but want to see if someone can improve on it. I will attach current logo (cursive B, very dated) and new prototype (more modern, skyline). We are a local real estate investment/development firm in Dalton, GA. We own and manage hundreds of properties including 200k sf of office space, 1,000,000 SF of warehouse space, 250k SF of retail space, and hundreds of housing units in NW GA. We are currently building 20 apartment units in downtown Dalton, helped launch Dalton's first brewery, and own Dalton's most historic/tallest office tower. I would not necessarily call us a modern company (i.e. google style nest pods, dogs @ office etc) but for Dalton (old southern manufacturing town) we certainly are that. Want logo to show a modern approach, but also indicate a substantial presence within the community (like, we actually own buildings). We are very much community oriented.
