The task - to design a minimalist flat logo for a a real estate website showcasing commercial office properties.

Name of the website - officexplorer (the website is under construction)

This website is to showcase modern office units in high rise office buildings in the CBD of Singapore. Browsers of the website are potential tenant that is looking for an office unit in high rise grade A or grade B office buildings in the CBD (central business district) or CBD fringe. they can find a list of office units with photos or videos that suits their requirement (size, rent, availability dates, location, etc) and proceed to make enquiries or book viewings.

Colours to use:
Green (light to medium), black and white (if need third colour),
font style - as per your suggestion

Shapes to use:
Rectangular
wavy curves
(please do not use shape angles or circular/round shapes)

Style of the logo: half corporate, half fun, pleasant to the eyes, and people looking at the logo knows it is real estate related
