  interesting way of putting the people together on the tree thank you for the entry. Just few remarks. Can you please make the design slightly more crisp or with a bit of volume ? Maybe with a line underlining the "Academic Tree" spelling. Also inside the Tree circle it feels empty, maybe you can work out some branches using the micro-circuit style to give this an IT touch, like these kind of circuits:

     done,check it out,i thought that a trunk made of circuit look better then the last one and some circuits inside
