I need a logo design for a NEWS and HUMAN RIGHTS web site in Mexico. Please NO copy paste from other logos. I dont want my site to get canceled because of copy right.

I would like something modern and that has to do with web site. I know budget is low but please try to help. I will need corel o photshop file when awarded.
