Opis Konkursu

Need a 3d model of a 100,000 SF industrial building with parking and looped roadway for delivery trucks. The color/style of the building needs to be similar to the one in my attached image. The parking / building layout needs to be based on the attached sketch. Need the model in a format that can be imported into 3ds Max or Sketchup. Exterior only.

This is for a conceptual presentation. The building needs to be 100,000 SF. Other than that, accuracy is not an issue. As long as it conceptually looks correct, it will suffice.
