I have created a first draft of the outcoming logo. As you can see I have used all the required colors (black, grey, orange) and produced something unique with a professional, elegant, simple yet stunning image. Please advise me for the changes and I am waiting forward to your feedback. Thank you !

Thanks for this great work! I really like it. Just one thing maybe. This logo is little bit too dynamic for a learning web site. Could you try to do it less dynamic please. I prefer the one with the grey background. Regards
