Hi Mr., in the first capture you can see the sheet OccupancyDB, in this sheet the column Year, Month and Week Day were manually, so I put some functions that made them automatically. In the column Shift I put a lit so you can choose between Am and PM. In the second capture you can see the sheet Occupancy Rate, in this sheet I created the tables for the next two years (2019-2020) all calculations are automatic so you don't have to worry about it. The third capture shows the sheet Occupancy Total, I create this sheet if you want to see the total occupancy per month and year for each room, in this sheet are a table for the years 2018 to 2020, all caculations are automatic too. Also I created a sheet with some charts beacause is easier to see the data.
