We would like to have this employment application available online so that employees may fill it out. It needs to be in ASP.net, matching or easy to change to match the theme of our site at www.landpoint.net.
When an applicant submits the form it needs to be stored in a database. (each application will create it's own record so that it can be stored and viewed later) Once the application has been submitted an email should be sent to a certain address notifying our recruiting officer and providing a link to view the application from the database. Also upon completion the applicant should be redirected to a "Thank You" page. I have posted the hard copy application.
