ASP Script Error

I have a very small code fix I need done. When the last person I used to work on my site did a fix, he inadvertently caused a minor problem. My site is a real estate listing directory. The user can place their listing fine, but if they go in and edit their listing, the system changes the listing status from a standard listing to a featured listing. I believe the admin script is causing the problem. I believe this fix can be completed in less than 1 hour and except to pay less than $30.

This is a live site with paying customers so I would want all of your work done and tested on a test server (that I can access) before any changes are made live. The site has many features and it is impossible for me to test everything when a change is made so I would want your work to come with a 30 day guarantee that if a bug is uncovered as a result of your work, you will either fix the problem or remove your work, replace the original files and provide a refund. (Sorry, but I have been living with this script problem for several months now as a result of the last coders work).

I would also want this programmer to be proficient with PayPal so I can use the same person to fix a different problem I am having with a payment function that I will address in the near future. I am really hoping to find someone that I can use on a regular basis to make changes/enhancements to my site.
