AS3 Store image file to server

Note: Either a jpg, jpeg, gif, or png image object will have already been loaded into a FileReference object named “fileRef??. The application must reduce the size of the fileRef to a maximum size with optimal resolution/format for image quality not to exceed 2 x 2 inches, display the captured image on the stage, convert all of the above file formats into a standard file format that is optimal for flash transfer to a cold fusion server for DB storage, transfer the file to a cold fusion 9 server for storage and indexing.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
