Develop a minecraft server and help advertising

Hello Freelancers,

I've in mind to start my own minecraft server.

I'll host it online by my self, but i need help to make a server.

I want you to set-up a minecraft spigot server with the best plugins configured.

I'll be very happy if you want advertise it too(i'll pay extra)

You should create an unique spawn with a donation system, shops and signs etc.

I would like to have a PvP/survival server.

You can use your own methods for advertising it, so people will rush in to my server.

I'm willing to make a milestone, but i'll ONLY release it, when the server are starting to earn money. (Donations, Shops etc)
