After Effects - Adding subtitles and formatting sequences

URGENT. I have a series of videos in English that require text copied from an external document and pasted into the sequences to add subtitling based on the language you would be working with. The pre-built sequences also need to be nested into new sequences and built out into a slightly different format (aspect ratio). I have done the first one and can run through it with you. I am accessible and open to any questions or guidance you may need. There is a lot of work here and a portion of it is due this Friday the 30th so it may own your life for a couple days. After that, there is opportunity for more starting the following week.
Final Cut would be a big bonus but not required as this application is used to assemble all the movies in the end and render out one master movie.
Need to work with someone local (Orange County), reliable and dependable.
