After effects small improvments

This video is made in After effects cs3 and needs to be cleaned up :

there are 3-4 bad transitions ( where quality has been effected )

2-3 moments where the video goes all messed up quality wise

The cause of this is a time warp applied to the compostitions within the main composition.

The timings of the video need to stay as they are but the distortions need to go.

Also any further improvments you feel you can implement ( please state in your applicantion )
