Android credit card processing development

I required a android mobile app that integrates a card reader and a PHP EPayment script. How the app should work will be like: [url removed, login to view]

Here is the scope:

1- Read credit card data via a card reader ([url removed, login to view]) and android SDK for the card reader will be provided

2- Transmit CC data to a credit card processor ([url removed, login to view]) using their API which can be easily integrated: [url removed, login to view]

If payment return as success, the mobile app will generate a receipt and able to sms to the customer and also need to call a API to store some data.

3- Other function include Transaction History/Search History, Account Settings. Account settings basically allows the app user to sync it's user/pass with a 3rd party php script as mentioned below

Do note that this is only a prototype development and awarded programmer will have the opportunity to work on a long term project with us for a full scale mobile development project.
