I need Whatsapp messaging system that will work as described below:
1. I have many (perhaps millions) phone numbers in a file (.txt or any file format).
2. I write my message somewhere in the program.
3. The system will start blasting the message to those active numbers whose owners installed whatsapp on their devices.
4. The system will give me report of how many number of users it delivered my message to having whatsapp installed on their devices.
This messaging system may run or Windows, Android or any other possible device or combination of 2 or more. All I need is to get my message delivered.
I thought of this when I remembered that I always received whatsapp messages from numbers who are not saved on my device.
