csr8670 electronics coding

I have a small project where I have a toy with some stepper motors, and solenoids. I already have a circuitry designed with scr8670 set to connect the toy to my mobile phone via bluetooth, receive the data to run the motors, solenoids and also play an MP3 file sent from my phone. I need someone with expertise on csr8670 board who can write a simple/sample android app to activate the motors, solenoids and send MP3 file. Later on I will develop further code. By the way, I don't have the SDK for csr8670
