Create a file utility

I would like to create a file utilities for a popular psp game.

A file opener with a Windows Explorer Like Interface

with the following capabilities:

Browse with a collapsible tree like view

Search,

repack,

extract

And another utility to edit the script/events

With a preview pane

Search all the files for a particular thing (text / word)
