Project uses : VS2013,windows forms, mysql, webservice, signalR

I need someone who is available right here and now to finish up a feature for my messenger. Its an add request feature

This is how it should work

I will use user1 and user2 for example

User1 wants to add user2 to their list so when they add a request should be send to user2 telling them that user1 wants to add them then user2 can either accept it, reject it or decide later.

Accept would update user1 buddy list and add user2 to the list and send back a msg saying they were accepted

Reject would send back a msg saying their request was declined and then nothing is done.

A decide later would just have the request show back up next time they log on.

Once the request is accepted or rejected its should be removed from the db table

This is how its working right now

user1 adds user2 and a request is sent user2 will receive this request when the log on only and in case there is more then one person wishing to add them a datagrid view is used and then the user can accept, reject or decide later on any user they choose

What I need done is signalR to be added so when both users are online and a request is sent the msg is received right away and once a decision is made a msg sent back right away all without them having to log off and back on.

A friend of mine says this can be done in less then 2 hours if they know what they are doing. I need someone who wants to do this not just wanting the money.

I do not play games when it comes to payments I am tired of being nice and hiring someone then they never complete the task thus holding up the payment for 4 days for a dispute.

If you can not complete the job be a man and cancel the milestone and not a coward.

I need someone with knowledge of signalR A MUST!!!!

IF YOU CAN NOT WORK ON IT RIGHT HERE AND NOW THEN DO NOT BID
