Create XML files from SQL database

I am creating xml files from a sql database using a proprietary software API. The proprietary software is limited in what it can do. Once the xml file is created I need to format it further to get it into the format I require. I am stuck on one particular issue. I need someone who is primarily an expert in xml to help me. I will pay an hourly rate for someone to connect to my machine via Teamviewer and work with me hands on. I need this starting either today by 5pm, or tomorrow morning around 9am, EST. This is NOT A FIXED PRICE PROJECT.
