Crypting Elgg CMS like MEGA website

Hello,
We are currently developing a CMS based on Elgg.
We would like to crypt the whole website on the same model as MEGA ([url removed, login to view]). Meaning every information when the user is logged in is crypted and we do not hold the keys, the user does. The exact same system they use would do, but if it could be a little better regarding level of cryptography it would be ideal.
These are the basics, we can talk in details if you're interested. If you already worked with Elgg CMS it would be perfect, any kind of integration would do.
