C++, Need help with debugging - Debug DLL does not work!

I have 2 DLL's which are being loaded from my test application. The first DLL load's the second DLL.
RELEASE DLL's load properly in RELEASE mode. In DEBUG mode the second DLL does not load.
I am stuck and cannot proceed, and could use some help. Should be good at VS2012, and debugging C++ applications. You will also need Team Viewer to login into my PC for debugging. I cannot provide the application to you since there are third party libraries involved.

Hello. What is error code after LoadLibrary? Did you check it with Dependency Walker and SysInternal File Monitor?
