Convert PSD to HTML

I attached a png of the layout I want you to convert to HTML. I will provide you a PSD(the majority of the items on the png are in a separate layer), and you will convert it to HTML. The drop down menu must work(in all listed browsers). The layout must look the same as the PSD for the following browsers: Safari(all releases in past 6 years), IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9, Konqueror, Flock, Firefox 1-3, Chrome(All).
Unlike the PSD, I want the content area to be fixed at 960 pixels. Make sure everything is lined up in a grid like fashion. I also want the content area(not the proving parapsychology content area, I mean the 960 pixel area) to be centered, unlike the PSD.
Your layout must be xhtml valid(strict). It must also be search engine friendly(that means headers in header tags), etcetera. Slider must also be installed and look like picture. This layout must be tableless and look the same as the PSD in Safari(all releases in past 6 years), IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9, Konqueror, Flock, Firefox 1-3, Chrome.
