Dependable writer wanted for long-term project

We need a "dependable" writer for a long term project, in which he would have to write short articles based on numerous topics daily. This is an ongoing project and if the writer is good and capable then he can be selected further for many more projects.

Please note: The articles need to be grammatically correct and should not be copied at all.

Here are the critical requirements for the project:

* Exceptional Writing Skills wanted...no grammatical errors and errors related to article structure

* Preferably Native English Speaker

* The writer shall need to be in contact via the messengers, so that he can be given the topics on which he has to write that day.

* The articles would be short articles around 200 words, and the rate for them is $0.6 per article.

* Also please send me a sample article on the topic - "Problem of water pipes bursting in US, due to the low temperatures".

Please bid if and only if you are comfortable with ALL the above conditions and can commit to a long-term professional work relationship. I dont want any bidders who first claim that they can deliver on all these terms and they later call it quits..
