YOU MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE MULTIPLE POSTS PER DAY.
IMPORTANT, postings are to be made to the "small biz ads" category for each city listed below. Therefore, you need to perform all the functions and have all the ability to post to this category. You will need the phone verified accounts, etc, etc.
I will provide an image for you to use and the URL for visitors to follow. URL can be used for image on click and in a text link in the body of the ad as well.
You will provide the title and call to action content in each ad for the visitor to click on the image and visit the site.
I will go through the GAF escrow service. I will partially fund the escrow account and then the balance will be funded based on the need for any deductions as outlined below.
I will pay for each live AD that is NOT ghosted and NOT deleted within 48 hours of posting.
This Job is for 10-days and postings MUST be made on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Weekend postings NOT allowed.
Postings to begin on Monday July 21st.
There will be 1 ad posting with different titles in the "small biz ads" of each major city on the homepage of Craigslist. Cities where postings are to occur include...atlanta, austin, boston, chicago, dallas, denver, detroit, honolulu, houston, las vegas, los angeles, miami, minneapolis, new york, orange co, philadelphia, phoenix, portland, raleigh, sacramento, san diego, seattle, sf bayarea, st louis, wash dc.
I will not pay for ads that are ghosted or deleted with in 48 hours.
Total number of ads for the project to be posted is 250 (25 per day for 10 days). This will establish the price per post and any ads that are ghosted or deleted within 48-hours will be deducted from payment at the completion of the project.
Provider to use their expertise in writing titles and ad content that will ATTRACT those seeking home business opportunities.
You are responsible for having all systems and performing all tasks necessary so that ads are neither ghosted or deleted within 48-hours after posting.
You are required to create a daily spreadsheet with all links to the ads and the titles used.
I will verify ALL ads being able to be located in daily listings and any that are ghosted or deleted within 48-hours will be deducted from final payment. For example, if final bid is for $50...and 50 ads are deleted or ghosted out of the 250 ads posted...final payment at project completion will be $40 ($.20/ad x 200 successful ads = $40).
You must be able to communicate several times daily if info is required and you are free to repost ads for those that get deleted or ghosted to avoid the deductions stated in the previous paragraph. You will want to provide updated excel spreadsheet for the reposted ads for those which were deleted or ghosted.
Your bid should be a total amount for the complete 10-day project.
Basic Job Details Summary:
1) Place 1 ad per day (25 total per day) in each city alternating the time of posting each day between mid-morning (9am-10am PST) and mid-afternoon (3pm-4pm PST) in the 25 major US Cities (atlanta, austin, boston, chicago, dallas, denver, detroit, honolulu, houston, las vegas, los angeles, miami, minneapolis, new york, orange co, philadelphia, phoenix, portland, raleigh, sacramento, san diego, seattle, sf bayarea, st louis, wash dc) in each cities "small biz ads" category.
For example, the 1 ad in each city on a Monday might occur at 9:00 am PST. Then ads on Tuesday would be posted at 3:30pm PST. Then ads on Wednesday could be posted at 9:30am PST...etc, etc.
2) Will not pay for ads that are ghosted or deleted within 48 hours.
3) You will be paid at project completion.
4) We are looking for RESULTS and to form a long term partnership to perform multiple campaigns running each week (Monday through Friday).
5) Links and titles of ads should be submitted/emailed to me every day on excel spreadsheet. And all ads must be verifiable and searchable up to 48 hours.
