I work in a major US city, renting apartments to people.
I currently have 85 ads up with a single CL account. Each ad is for a different property, so all 85 ads are 100% unique from one another.
I will give you the log-in information for my account, so you can pull the ads from there. Every 72 hours, I would like the old post deleted and a new one posted in its place.
So, with 85 ads, that comes to about 850 posts per month. This would be a long term arrangement, likely with a higher post volume in the future.
