IMPORTANT: You need to have PHOTOSHOP or similar in order to be able to bid on this job.
We need a reliable person with a good eye for detail.
Basically the job is to copy/paste photos from our Tumblr to Instagram by way of [url removed, login to view] You may not know Schedugram, but it is a simple uploader for a photo with a caption to Instagram. We will provide you access should you win the bidding.
Each upload require the following work:
- Save photo from our Tumblr to your hard drive + one photo from the original source of the photo. (Click name in the description below the photo which brings you to the blogger. Choose a good complimentary photo from this page and download.)
- Using Photoshop or similar, resize the two images and put them next to eachother in the Instagram size format, 640*640 Pixels.
- Upload photo to Schedugr.am.
- Copy/paste the text below the photo on Tumblr to the box below the photo in Schedugr.am.
- Use the @ function to notify the person in the photo that they are featured on our Instagram feed.
- Use the @ function to notify the brands in the photo that they are featured on our instagram feed. On average three brands. To find the brands simply Google: Instagram [Name of Brand|. Copy the Instagram handle from the result. ie. [url removed, login to view] .monki is the handle.
- In the text below the photo in Tumblr, click the second link, leading to our website, copy/paste URL and insert the link in the post.
- Copy/paste the tags specified by us into the post.
- Set timer below the text box in [url removed, login to view] to publish every three hours.
- Click Schedule for Later.
Please see the two attachments:
1. Photo of a Tumblr with description below. The name of the blogger is the first link, and the second link starts with "sweater from Helmut Lang..."
2. Photo of Instagram photo once transferred from Tumblr to Instagram. Notice the @ sign in front of Monki and the bloggers name, notifying them that they have been featured.
3. In this specific case I am afraid the link to the post on our website was not included. It should be in your work.
For this job, we are starting with 50 photos only on a trial basis. If things work out this will be an ongoing thing with around 400-500 photos per month. (Which could be upped to 1500 per month, depending on your skill and attention to detail.)
