Adding products to a site

I need 250 Products added to my new oscommerce webpage. They will be exactly the same products and pictures as a current site that I already have.

All that is required is to copy and paste the description from my other page. Inserting thumbnail picture and regular size picture(same picture as other page).

The products would be copied from a site and then transferred over to my [url removed, login to view] images would need to be resized to thumbnail 150 x 150 and regular size images would be width = 260 and height would need to be adjusted in proportion. Titles would simply be the product name. I will inform you of the categories that I desire and how to be structured.

Add three cross sell products to each item page.

Maximum budget is 35$.
