Hi,
I would like 1 excel spreadsheet to do the following:
1. Inventory List - image, description pricing etc..
2. Pricing cost, retail, wholesale,
3. VAT
4. Option for reports: sales report, stock etc...
5. Option to print and email as PDF/word/excel.
6. Inovice creator - the design should be very premium for these.
7. delivery note
8. Quote
9. Ideally all data and drop down to create easy hassle free for me. So i can have drop down options and data ready instead of copy and paste. Macro options to be enabled.
10. Order of Sales channels to be seperate: Online(direct from our site), Retail customers, wholesale/distributors, ebay, amazon and ebid.
This should work and act like a professional software.
Must have a slick design and very easy to use with no complication.
Data will be supplied via excel spreadsheet which you will need to populate and also information of the product descirptions to be taken from our website.
Add on pages: ebay sales, amazon sales to somehow input that data also. I have attached samples of what i like. Blue is the design.
Also expenses to be included of running costs.
All sections should have option to add new products and fields.
