Adjustments in InDesign document

We publish a 24 page personality style test. It was laid out with Adobe InDesign SC3 software, in A4 size, by a professional artist. We have made some changes in wording of text and in one graphic, and need someone skilled with InDesign to make these changes in our existing InDesign document file. Specifically:
- There are 20 questions, each 40 words or less. We are changing the wording of these questions. We will provide you with the text for the questions. You will replace the old text with the new text. There will be minimal changes in formatting and arrangements on the page, but here and there you may need to adjust spacing, etc. because of the new questions.
- Each question has a place for users to answer by circling a number 1 to 5. We are changing this to numbers to 1 to 7. You will add the additional two numbers and adjust the spacing to accommodate them for each of the 20 questions (It is exactly the same format in each one, so after you do one, you can just copy/paste the rest).
- Possible minor changes in wording elsewhere (up to an hour of time required)
To bid:
1. Place a bid for the work listed above.
2. Please also indicate your hourly fee in the event that there are additional adjustments in the document requiring more than the hour of time indicated in the last item above. We do not expect many; at most 1-3 hours of additional work. Please also send us a sample of a document you have created or edited in InDesign.
3. We will choose two preferred bidders and send them the document. We will give them an opportunity to review it and adjust their bids before making a final agreement.
Though this is a very simple project, we have other more complex InDesign projects coming and will give preference to bidders who demonstrate substantial experience with InDesign.
