I have an excel sheet which is a overview of our current projects, which is attached. One project per line.
• Column A display sale signed date for this project
• Column D display the name of sale person for this project
• Column G display the project total sale amount
• Column I display the salary earned from this project.
• Column J display date for first part salary payment
• Column K display amount for first part salary payment
• Column L display date for second part salary payment
• Column M display amount for second part salary payment
• Column E display name of project leader
I need some advanced filter features for this sheet. Ex filter multiple columns. I need ex to easy be able to filter/display:
1. What each sale person has been paid (first and second payment) for a selected month/year, specified by project lines
2. Total salary which have been paid to each sale person for a selected month/year
3. Total sale amount per sale person for a specified month/year
4. Total sale amount for a specified month/year
5. Make some sheets where this a being visualized by some nice looking graphs/diagrams
It`s important that I will be able to add new project lines in times ahead.
Task must be completed within 2 days time from the date task has been forwarded to you.
