Create a program that creates XLM from an MS Excel spreadsheet (either XLs or CSV). The output will have a few elements that are static (not from the spreadsheet) and recursion on about 12-16 elements.
The application created must be simple to use for a non-technical person and must produce qualified XML.
I have a sample input and output file of about 45 elements and a sample XSD file for review.
