Action scripting work for a ready animation file

We require action-scripting work to be done for a ready animation file(.fla). The file consists of a human character face upto chest level and is around 30 seconds long. During these 30 seconds the character performs various human emotions (around 6) like sadness, anger, smiles, happy, neutral etc. one after the other.
We require you to create an action script function which is callable from javascript so that we can call the appropriate emotion. Example:-
When we say from javascript:
document['human_character'].ShowExpression("Sad")
The character should start playing from the time/frame Sad expression starts and continue till it ends. After the sad expression ends the character should go into neutral expression till another expression is called using the function.
Once the flash file is loaded, it needs to call a javascript function which will set a boolean to true to indicate that the flash file has completely loaded.
Also, one very minor change needs to be made to the .fla file.
