design this picture in movieclips separated and easy changue the size and not deform

hello i need one flash designer to made this image atached on componesnts separated in flash, all text in dinamic text fields and this, with small changues in colors abit more dark

the colors you can use, is the green, black purpple, gray or somethink like the sample but alittle more dark to made small diference, i need the graphics rezise easy and not deform to custom very easy. is onli one screen and buttons of menu and bakground, and tables, and tabs etc.
