We are are looking to create a web site that will display cartoon/anime strips just like the sample attached. The cartoon can be done American or Japanese style.
Strip rotation will vary from once a day to once a week. All companies interested must submit work in advance with at least 1 month for daily rotation and 3 months for weekly rotation.
All work must be submited in english with full story line and characters in advance for approval.
We are only interested in engaging companies that accept paypal.
