i need a web page design for an entertainment web page, that cover the life style basicly true pictures taken by my staff.
something like [login to view URL] but at the begining will be only whit citys of mexico, please visit [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
someting very very similar to that format.
and including a very easy admin.
a way to let my staff upload pictures whit a password but those picture will be only in the server and until the webmater check them then those picures goes to the public.
The original pictures are between 1.3 and 5 megapixels but i want the system convert them to a lower resolution to make the picture viewer faster. and the habiity to deny acces to copy the pictures until the visitors add an email adress and the system send the picture inmediatly.
an easy way to upload the banner made in flash.
