Developing a Community Site

We run a community website for theater fans. www.theaternetwerk.nl.
The website has to be developed continuously, and new features added.
Development is wanted on:
- a better integration with facebook (events can be exchanged between platforms? We would like some advice on what is possible regarding facebook integration)
- a better messaging system (group members can send a message to the whole group (wysiwig), add attachments
- build a Fan-system, where a group, or a person, or a location can gather fans (compare likes on facebook) and the group admin/location/person can send wysiwig messages to all fans
- etc.
