Create a logo and improve my poster design

I need to develop a new logo and use it on my poster. The job includes improving my poster design once you are done with the logo. I already have the clipart to use on my logo. I need to incorporate the new logo with my poster entitiled " We can do more". I already made a draft layout for my poster, but needs a lot of improvement and unify all the clip arts that i used. At the bottom of the poster i need to put 2014 calendar. See all the attached elements. You will find a word doc (instructions), read it before you bid. I need the final file in AI format. This is quite urgent so i will be selecting the best freelancer in a matter of hours.
