Creat flyers in PDF and Html for email

I have a number of very rough and amateur flyers that have been put together in Microsoft Word. I need someone with design and programming skills to play with the layout, fonts etc and make the flyers look professional.
All of the images used and text are ok as is. No writing skills are required.
I need the final format saved in PDF and HTML for email. (If you are also able to provide it in JPEG or PNG that would be a bonus but not essential.)
There are 6 flyers that are almost identical. There are only minor text changes between them for different marketing purposes so will need the 6 versions completed.
There are also 4 small business card style documents saved in Word that I need converted to PDF and HTML. These will be used as signature in Windows Mail.
I have attached one of the flyers to give you an idea of the work involved.
The freelancer who is awarded the job will be expected to do a mock up of the first flyer and make any changes required prior to completing the other documents.
