Looking to build a simple web page that sources its data from a weather web services. This web services returns either json or XML data feeds.

The weather services is accessed via a URL that changes daily based on a the url being constructed (this is based on a simple calculation/concatenation and MD5 Hash). A couple of web pages may be required that include a small banner sized layout and a full page layout. The final web page(s) will be used on a LED Display system (TV Display) like seen in shopping centres.
