Build an electronic component searchable website

Hi,

Need a similar website to [login to view URL] Not 100% like this but similar with maybe a few modifications, but the main idea is same. if you search for LM324D for example you will get all products , with "get Quote" option. The idea is to offer many components on the website, and ask customer to "RFQ"

Also on the main page we need to have a big search [login to view URL] will most probably, always search for part number only.

This is kind of a search engine for electronic components and instead of buy option, we need a request for quote button, then customer will enter full details ( create account ) and my client will call back the customer to quote the requested product. this is another one : [login to view URL]

products need to be scraped online from [login to view URL] probably.

To explain idea a little more, i have attached a mockup.

I haven't decided on which framework to use, your suggestions will be welcomed.
