Design a Logo

I want to create a design for a clothing brand i want to start up. First off i would like to produce T-Shirts and would like to have my Logo displayed on the shirts. I have a specific idea and would love to have a talented artist be able to come up with my finished design. The main logo would consist of a Foo Dog, which is a mythical animal in chinese culture which is a symbol of supremacy, often used and displayed as statues in the fronts of buildings and or other important landmarks. I have found a specific drawing online of almost how i would want mine except with the small exception of adding a new addition to the already drawn picture which will incorporate the new twist on my clothing brand. Although if we can come up with a whole new design with keeping in the same style and similiar stance i am willing to accept a new design if it looks good.

So the artist i would be looking for would be one who can draw within the specific detail of the picture i will provide. Many tattoos are drawn in this style, usually in asian dragons and coi fish drawings, it is the exact style in the picture that i would require. I cant stress enough how precise i will want the style to mimic the picture i will provide. The artist i will choose will be opened to working and brainstorming with me on new possibilities as an exact design has not been decided upon yet. I just am certain on the style and the foo dog character being the main design concept.
