Design some Stationery - Make my CV look more impressive

I'm a public relations practitioner working in Brisbane for the city council. I'm applying for a senior management role and I urgently need to update the appearance of my resume.
I would like someone to take my existing resume and create an updated, corporate template that can be applied to a word document (maximum five pages) I'd like it be be similar to a header template, which I can adapt as needed. My existing resume theme matched where I was career wise about four years ago - very infrastructure focused. I want to convey a modern, sophisticated look. Something that looks corporate, yet approachable. I'd like to to see two different options, so that I may choose one and tweak as needed. The document needs to be able to be printed normally. I don't mind the way my existing resume is laid out, but the colours and design elements are dated.
The end result will be a 'shell' that I can paste all my resume detail into. It will convey to the reader that I'm confident, professional and contemporary. I need to apply for a job that closes on 13 April 2014 so I'll need this job completed before then.
