Artworks for iOS app

A simple iOS application consists of 4 screens (1 screen with 3 slides of content). The whole application needs new artworks.
The application is a coupon-like application with a facebook login page, package selection, coupon selection and coupons details.
Please see the attached images for each individual screens.
Winning bidder for this simple project will:
- Graphical design the elements that exists on each page
- Redesign the User Interface if necessary
- Provide fonts to be used
- Provide original documents (PS files preferred)
For all designs, it must relate back to our website designs and themes which can be found at [login to view URL]
When bidding, provide reference projects would be nice.
