Article / Sales Database

The article & sales database is designed to allow easier maintenance of the Karstadt & Kaufhof sales by always providing the newest article data to the salesmen.

System Requirements

A Web Application (preferably PHP) with Login & Administration needs to be created.

The application is mainly based on an article database provided by the company (us).

It should have an administration site, where the administrator is able to create & edit new users (for different sales locations) and also overview all the sales by each client individually. The data should then be able to export into excel into a .CSV file. Within the administration panel the administrator must be able to read, update or delete entries from the Main Database (Articles) so that they are always on newest state. Preferably a possibility to upload a excel file that compares file and database and adheres changes would be perfect.

The user backend should look like in the earlier sent program FilRegister.exe.

Each user is given ID and Password by the Administrator (Company). The then is able to login to their very own sales platform and enter each article individually. The articles are entered either by article number “Artikel-Nr”, eg. F16776/1 or Article “EAN” eg. “8430622580895” see screenshot example

When the article description or EAN is entered, the list below shall add it to the daily sales of this customer containing an individual id, date and time stamp, quantity and the other information gathered from the master database by the article reference.

Each article/line added should be able to set a few extra parameters, such as “article stop (do not send any more of this)”, “article note (memo)” and “article cancel (storno)”

The sales should be saved so that it is possible to review them earlier on (for example to show January sales in December and maybe print a list or export a excel file)

At the end of the day, each sales-report need to be saved as is and the next day, a new empty list should appear automatically. Maybe a calendar function to click through the earlier days would be awesome.
