The website will tell them the skins they put in, the percent they have of winning, and the countdown to when it selects a winner. It starts counting down from 3 minutes and should only start when there are two or more players in the pot. It should select a winner randomly based on how much money they put in and only when the timer runs out or when it hits a maximum of 70 skins.
Once the winner is chosen the bot send them their winnings.10% of the winnings should be kept for commission. If the user who wins has the website name in their steam name only 5% is taken as commission.
