I am looking for a site to be designed along the lines of '[login to view URL]'
I would like the site to be linked to a simple job allocation system so that the assessors (the guys actually doing the jobs) can log-in (having previously registered and had their qualification and accreditation checked by me) and retrieve their allocated jobs. The system should also allow the assessor to upload their work (consisting of 4 small files) to a system similar to drop box so that I can easily access them and forward them to the customer once checked for errors.
I would also like the system to automatically offer the jobs to assessors located within postcodes they specified when they registered. When a new job is created by the customer, the job notification should be sent to all assessors who have specified that they will accept jobs in that postcode. The 1st assessor to accept the job is then allocated the job.
The site will initially have just two order options 'EPC' or 'Green Deal Assessment'
The site does not need to collect any money. The customer will pay the assessor directly. The assessor will be then billed on a weekly basis for the number of jobs they have been allocated by the system (my commission and income stream).
Ideally I would like a fully hosted site with on going support. The system should be able to cope with 500 registered assessors initially.
I would also like to have regular skype or phone conversations with the developer during the design stages of the site so excellent English language sills are important.
